What’s your Exchange/Return Policy?
What if I’ve received a damaged or defective item?
At BoopBody we ensure quality checks include thorough inspections during the manufacturing and packaging stages. This includes using high-quality materials and implementing measures that prevent defects during handling and shipping.
Please inspect your order upon receiving it, if you’re unsatisfied contact us immediately within 24 hours! We believe in quality assurance and highly value customer satisfaction.
What’s the process of initiating a return?
Here’s the process:
In case the item is defective/damaged, email us at hello@boopbody.com
Kindly provide the following information to justify your claim:
- Your order number for reference
- A description of the defect/damage
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect/damage.
Once we’ve inspected the damage/defect. We will replace the defective item or offer store credit valid for 30 days in
exchange.
Do you offer full refunds?
For our small scale business, all sales are final. No refunds.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Is there a shipping fee?
We offer FREE shipping on orders above PKR 5000, otherwise a flat delivery fee of PKR 250 is applicable.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via sms from our delivery partner. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
How do I go about making a purchase?
Currently BoopBody is offering Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer; however other modes of payment will be introduced soon.
