At Boop, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:
Do you offer returns?
We don’t offer returns. If we send the wrong item, size, or a defective product, we’ll make it right; we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Can I exchange my order if the size isn’t right?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery, but only for size issues and only if the required size is in stock when you request the return.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.
• To request an exchange, email hello@boopbody.com with your order number and the size you want.
What if the size I want is out of stock?
If your requested size isn’t available, we’re unable to process the exchange. You can keep the original item or join the waitlist for restocks.
Who pays for return shipping?
• Customer pay for size-related exchanges.
• Boop pays if we shipped the wrong item or a defective product.
What items can’t be exchanged?
For hygiene and safety, the following are non-returnable:
• Socks & underwear
• Bottles (once unsealed or used)
• Customized/personalized items
• Final Sale/Clearance items
How do I start an exchange?
Email hello@boopbody.com within 7–10 days with:
• Your order number
• Item name/size
• Reason for exchange
• Photos if the item is defective or incorrect
We’ll reply with next steps and return authorization.
When will I get my refund (in case a replacement item is not available)?
• Online payments: refunded to your original payment method after quality check (usually within 7–10 business days, bank dependent).
• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer after quality check.
Are sale items returnable?
No. Items marked Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned.
The color looks a bit different from my screen. Can I return it?
No. Slight variations in color due to screens or lighting aren’t considered defects.
How can I make sure I order the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring and comparing before purchasing.
